Terms of Service

The service

Agor Agents lets you configure, evaluate, and publish an AI agent for your business. Every agent must pass an automated evaluation gate before it publishes; agents that fail are blocked. The service is in active beta — features may change, and some capabilities (e.g. account recovery) are handled through support.

Your responsibilities

• You own the configuration and knowledge you provide, and you're responsible for having the right to use them and for what your published agent communicates on your behalf.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and don't attempt to break, probe, or overload it.
• AI agents make mistakes. Review your agent's eval scorecard, monitor its dashboard, and don't rely on it for advice that requires a licensed professional.

Payments

Setup fees are charged per tier at checkout via Stripe. A paid checkout provisions exactly one agent build. If a paid build fails its evaluation gate and cannot be published, contact support and we'll remediate or refund it.

Connected accounts

Connecting a Google Calendar is optional and governed by our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time; your agent then falls back to operating without a live calendar.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agor AI's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may suspend or terminate agents that violate these terms.
